MAINTENANCE OFFICER

PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION
CLOSING 7TH JANUARY 2022

The maintenance officer supports the hospital team and delivery of the “Stirling Experience” to the community by:

  • Ensuring the safety and upkeep of the hospital and grounds by providing onsite maintenance
  • General and equipment maintenance, painting and handy-person duties as required
  • Ensuring essential services are available and functioning

You will have:

  • Exceptional Maintenance/handy-person skills
  • A relevant trade Qualification (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
  • Work Health and Safety knowledge and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
  • Understanding of and experience in managing contractors on site
  • Problem solver
  • Email and smart phone experience

Essential requirements include:

  • Driver’s licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Evidence of TGA approved COVID-19 vaccination
  • Satisfactory Working with Children check prior to employment
  • Australian citizen or current VISA

PATIENT SERVICES / ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Stirling Hospital is a non-for-profit private hospital located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. The hospital provides many different speciality services to the local community. With the increase in activity and community demand we have created this new role to support the current administration team.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to lead the team and ensure the continued delivery of the “Stirling Experience” for the community.

You will have:

  • Exceptional reception and customer service skills
  • Effective and excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel etc
  • Experience with online patient administration systems
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
